• Attempt to claim brands you do not own or represent
• Use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Attempt to compromise our security systems

1.8 Limitation of Liability

HeldBrand is not liable for:

• Loss of keys after handoff
• Misuse of brand identities by third parties
• Changes to the Nostr protocol
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
